Salt intake is not a sway factor?
I haven’t been worrying about my salt intake lately and just wanted to be sure this was ok!
Thank you in advance!:)

No you don't need to worry about tracking sodium. Just salt food to taste. Atomic discusses this here (http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62533-le-diet-faq-2-mineral-madness-edition.html)

Thank you so much, I figured as much so but really wanted to be sure since I’m getting very close to my first attempt! Thank you!:)

It's normal to get nervous closer to your attempt and have those panicky "woulda, coulda, shoulda" moments. Good luck!

:agree: Thanks so much ks! I just wrote that yesterday, you're so fast! Thank you!
It's fine to limit sodium if you want but most of us have totally given up on it (both pink and blue!)

Yes! That’s exactly what I’m feeling now! I’m a little over one week away from our first attempt and am definitely having a lot of “woulda coulda shoulda” moments!
Thank you for your reply!:)

Most of the foods/condiments that I use to up my fat content at times are also pretty high in sodium so I’ve definitely have been having tons of it! Glad to know it’s no biggie!

I ate tons of things like mayonnaise when I was swaying pink and got my girl after limiting sodium and getting DS 4!

So happy to know atomic, my salt levels have been pretty high as of recently! Aldi was wondering, would having red meat occasionally ruin my sway, I’ve had it quite a bit this month and have been worried as this is the month we are having our first attempt!

No food can ruin your sway. It's the overall nutrient totals that matter and not the occasional meal here and there.

I’m a little nervous that I may have gained a little weight due to the holidays. I haven’t weighed myself yet but that’s my main concern, especially since our first attempt is this week :(

Weight gain and loss haven't been very predictive (like AT ALL) of whose sways succeed and whose produce opposites. Plenty of people have success for pink after gaining weight.

Happy to hear that! I was totally beating myself up thinking I wouldn’t be able to lose my “Christmas weight” due to not excersizing this week! I’m still bummed that I’m not feeling up to doing my cardio but between my son being sick and me just getting over being sick I feel so wiped out! Now that I’m down to the nitty gritty I’m having so much anxiety on what I SHOULD be doing!

Nothing you do in this week is going to make any difference. That's why we sway for 12 weeks or more. So all the anxiety in the world does not accomplish anything and you need to let go of that since it's pointless.

I keep reminding myself that, is it normal to be this anxious? I mean I’m super excited also, but I have like a nervous pit in my stomach! I did get to excersize last night which helped with my nerves quite a bit!

Glad to know I’m not alone! It’s been driving me nuts but at this point what will be will be!
