Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Holliday (if you celebrate!)
I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s over indulged these past few days, and now, I’m totally paying for it! This is the week my husband and I are having our first attempt and I feel like absolute crap! I was wondering how much not excersizing this week would affect my sway? I usually do 3-4 days a week of cardio for 60 mins. I haven’t worked out since Thursday of last week(due to the holidays!) my son is under the weather this week and I’m definitely not feeling my best so I’m thinking the working out will be skipped.
Diet wise, I’m back on track as much as I can be, being that I’m not feeling well I know I’m going to be under in just about everything.
Should I put off our attempt because of this? I really don’t want to put off our attempt, but I feel like we’ve had a lot of bumps (haven’t been sticking to any frequency plan) as we have been so busy!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

It's so tricky, I always feel that if you are waiting for the perfect cycle to ttc then you may end up waiting forever. If your diet and exercise have otherwise been good over the span of the recommended 12 weeks then I'd go for it, everything will not be undone by a few days over indulging and some missed cardio. GL with whatever you choose though.

Thank you so much, you’re so right! There’s been cycles that my husband and I planned on ttc and I’ve always put it off because I felt like I didn’t do enough! I’m always finding ways to critique my sway and put things off in hopes of next month being better in my eyes! Thank you so much for your response!:)

Since being ill may also sway pink as a general rule I have you guys attempt even if you can't do the exercise due to illness.

Atomic, if I gained weight over the holidays (haven’t weighed myself yet) would that end up swaying blue? Or would it have to be a ton of weight? I ate horrible over the holidays and definitely feel like I’ve gained some weight, our first attempt is this week and being that I’m not sure if I’ll be excersizing this week, I’m afraid I may end up adding on some blue to my sway!

If anything we did for a week or two right before our sway did anything we'd sway for a week or two.

I have seen plenty of opposites for pink with people who lost weight and for blue with those who gained. It just has not been very predictive of anything at all, unfortunately.

Makes a lot of sense! I’m so close and having major anxiety right now, I know I did my best and that I’m only human but I can’t help but feel super nervous and excited all at the same time!!

Question, has anyone else been feeling super lightheaded/get a headache while working out? I know I’m just getting over being sick but I’ve been getting so dizzy/headachey during or after working out (another reason I’m not working out this week). I found myself a few times having to stop before hitting the full 60 mins.

Even if I wanted to my son is sick and has been super needy so I’ll have absolutely no time to workout this week (which is making me super uneasy for some reason)

Eat before working out. Sounds like a low blood sugar thing.

I worked out last night (walked in place, I know so fun hahaha) after I ate and it did help quite a bit, I got super winded really fast but I think that’s from just having a cold. I did feel really good after the fact though!
