That's all boy!! It's before 12 weeks that boy and girl parts look the same. At 12-13 weeks is when a difference in the nub is noticed. At 15 weeks boy and girl parts are more obvious so gender can be determined. Yes girl parts are swollen but not that swollen. Lol That's most certainly a penis between baby's legs.
