I subscribed to the $79/6month plan (don't remember the exact name), and it looks like the PayPal went through, but I haven't gotten an email about it and there is no indication on my profile here that I have that subscription or links to the questionnaire. Sorry if I'm being an idiot and missing something, I just assumed I would see something obvious :).
