I have been vegan for 10 weeks now for my sway and planned to ttc next cycle, so in 4-5 weeks. Had been doing well with diet and although I have managed to remain vegan over Christmas the calorie counting and fat limits etc have completely gone out the window! Anyone else feel like this! I have spoken to Atomic and she said to still aim to ttc as we planned but I feel nervous and wondered if anyone was in the same position?! In my mind I wanted to have done 12 perfect weeks all in a row without any cheats before ttc!

I think letting our hair down a little at times is inevitable and the joy around the time probably makes up for it anyway, fingers crossed! I am sure right beside you with the slip ups. I think you've done amazing staying vegan!
I wish you all the very best

Thanks ladies! I need to seriously get back on track if we want to try next cycle but wondering if I should start the whole 12 weeks of being on the diet again! But waiting another 3 months to ttc makes me sad!!

If you've been on diet for 10 weeks and cheated a little around the holidays, then you don't need to start over! A few days or even a week off diet is not going to undo all those other weeks on diet. If it could, we'd only need to change our diet for a week to sway pink but we know that doesn't work! Staying vegan is swaying pink, even if you went over fat or calories because it's still better than how most of us boy moms typically eat (lots of meat, dairy, other nutrient/animal fat/protein heavy foods that sway blue). There is NO such thing as a "perfect 12 weeks!" Might I add that's a very boy mom thing to say. ;) NO ONE is perfect! We ALL have slipped up on diet from time to time, even those that got girls. Cheats are necessary and keep us sane while swaying. You're doing a good job, just dust yourself off and continue on. Good luck!

Don't miss a month - you don't know how long it will take you to conceive and after over a year of trying (despite falling pregnant first month with both boys) I would strongly advise you NOT to miss any months. My diet has completely gone out the window over Christmas too (and I'm now on holiday so not great) but remember girl mum's still indulge sometimes, I'm sure they still pig out at xmas and go on holidays etc - just stick to the one attempt and try not to beat yourself up about it. Good luck!

Cheating is taken into account for LE Diet. I wrote a whole guide about it, please read! http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/62454-guide-cheating-blue-pink.html

This is my 9th day of cheating though! There’s been too many social events! Tomorrow is the last but that’s 10 days off LE. The only thing I have stuck to is being vegan and doing the exercise. My calories have been high. Should I start 12 weeks over again or is my cheat not that bad?!

Do not start diet over. Just pick it up again from where you are.
Most of the time when people cheat it wasn't bad anyway. You are often within limits even wtih a cheat.
BTW - if you've been cheating that much you probably got plenty of iodine from that anyway.

Thank you. Ok I will just carry on!
My cheats didn’t include any iodine rich foods unfortunately, was still mostly pink friendly foods. Kept vegan, just ate more of it and with a lot of crisps, olives and wine!

crisps, olives, and wine are all pretty darn pink friendly in the cheat dept.
crisps have barely any nutrients, the kind of fat in olives may sway pink when eaten in greater amounts than animal fats (which you are being vegan) and wine sways pink anyway. I think you should just regroup and move on from here.
