Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles!

Atomic has a specific diet for PCOS blue swayers: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/62423-dedicated-atomic-fertility-diet-thread.html. Are you following these tips?

I do know that Atomic has dropped EPO from most if not all of her blue recommendations. As it's an Omega 6 fat, it wouldn't be helping your PCOS either. Aim for more Omega 3s in fatty fish, walnuts, olive oil, etc.

Could you share what you've been eating? Exercise? Calorie/protein/carb amounts?

Can you tell me more about the kind of diet you are following?

You need to cut back on carbs - grains, rice, potatoes - and focus on getting protein and animal fats from meat (and full fat dairy if you are eating dairy). Then also be eating lots of fruit and vegetables (you can have some potatoes but do not try to eat tons of them for your sway, too many carbs)

And you MUST NOT be drinking any milk replacers like almond or rice milk as they are highly, highly carby and have a kind of vegetable fat in them that sways pink. We have totally dropped milk replacers from our sways as they were making so many opposites for us.

Drop EPO, that was making opposites for us.

I do not like Vitamin E oil either. Just get a good prenatal or multivitamin and that will give you all the Vit. E you need. WE have great results taking prenatals/mutlivitamins for blue.

PLEASE don't feel depressed, we have several members who were in this boat and then changed their diet and lost a bit of weight, exercised (weight training is great!) and got boys anyway! Here is one of the success stories - she didn't ovulate for a few months and then once we fixed her diet over time, she did ovulate and got a boy http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-boy-sway-/60600-meoab-ttc-boy-sway-attempt.html
