Abstained for 9 days

I have a question regarding sperm quality, my husband and I (unintentionally) abstained for 9 days before our first attempt. What will that do for his sperm quality? With our son being sick we were both kind of run down and didn’t really have the energy to DTD. Is it even possible for me to get pregnant after a 9 day abstain?

Yes it's possible to get pregnant after 9 day abstain. Anything between 7-10 days is ok for abstain and I allow people to go up to 14 days.
