Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started the diet in September and was on it for 16 weeks when I got my bfp. I only ate vegetarian and was very strict with staying within my protein and fat limits. I did not eat breakfast, and did not snack. This was a big change from when I got pregnant with my son. I was eating very high amounts of protein and snacking all the time when I got pregnant with him.

He went vegetarian with me, but was not as strict as I was.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
106 lbs, BMI 20.3
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
One thing I did not change was my exercise. I do a boot camp class three days a week that I love, I used weights but only the lightest weights. In November and December I was walking more as well. I exercised 3-4 days a weeks throughout my whole sway. I am also about 6 pounds lighter than I was when I conceived my son.

Any additional comments?
I did E4D. My positive ovulation test was a little unclear, the test never gave me a clear positive and 24 hours the line was already much lighter. I believe that we BD the day before ovulation according to the dating scan.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Diet changed significantly from first pregnancy. I stuck to my diet changes pretty well, but it was more difficult around the holidays. I increased my exercise near my attempt as well, I also exercised my whole sway.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I only exercised 3-4 days a week instead 6-7. I had more cheat days December near the Holidays but I didn’t ever eat meat.
