Coffee and implantation

Hello Atomic, i read an article about coffee (coffein) and problems with implantation of embryo. Maybe this happend to me last month. Im drinking about 5 cups of coffee daily+ plus 1-2 glasses of cola, im drinking like that 8 months. Should i reduce it? Could i drink also alternative coffee?

Hi Noemi I only manage about 3 a day or it gives me stomach ache, I still think it helps sway and wouldn’t hurt cutting down :)

Yes I'd cut back to 3 cups instead and see how that goes.

yes you can also have decaf coffee instead of caffeinated.

We don't know, anything more than what you were drinking when you got boys is what we aim at! Most of us did 1-3 cups a day, a few of us (like me) did more like 4-5...but I was a caffeine head anyway and really getting very little sleep at that time.
