Hi, my other post wouldn’t post so to Quickly cover what I was originally asking I wonder if olive leaf and at Johns wort are ok to be taken together by dh? He took olive leaf for our last sway but he wasn’t taking antidepressants at the time.
Thanks

While we have seen antidepressants swaying pink, I do not have enough info to sign off on St. John's Wort since the herbs may have lots of different effects on people and I haven't seen many people use it for a sway.
OLE may interact with St. John's Wort because they're both blood thinners and it may make hubby more prone to bleeding, bruising, etc even potentially fatal results combining the two.

Thinking about it... he was on antidepressants before when he was taking OLE but he was on a medical brand rather than a herb, and he was fine with it, I did obviously miscarry that baby but i would say it was definitely more to do with me and him, are you thinking that St. John’s wort is different that regular anti depressants? Or should he have not taken the combination before in the first place?

Yes, all the different antidepressants work in different ways in different parts of the body and St. John's Wort, being an herb, may have lots of other components/effects in it too, and I just simply cannot say at all how it would sway or interact with OLE, either, for that matter.
People have taken antidepressants with OLE, I prefer to avoid these combos since the antidepressants have swayed pink anyway. It is taking a risk for something we don't even know if it works (for all we know, OLE may make the antidepressants LESS effective for a sway). Just doesn't seem worth it to me.
