House renovations - stress that sways blue?

But of a random one but we are having a loft conversion on our house that will take about 6/8 weeks I know I’ve read stress from moving etc can sway blue but I don’t want to skip this month unless it could pitentioally be a big sway factor?

Stress sways pink. It's the obsessiveness and being controlling that sways blue. Please don't skip months TTC! Good luck on your renovations!

It is confusing. The best way to think of it is that it's not really stress that sways, it's being a control freak. And while people put themselves UNDER a lot of stress from being a control freak, it's not the same thing as actual, OMGgosh I have no control over anything in my life, kind of stress.

When I was TTC my daughter we were building our house. I was picking out color schemes and so on but due to financial stuff and just because my husband is generally difficult, I didn't get to have but about 10% of stuff in any way the way I wanted it. There are things that now 6 years later I look at and feel physical revulsion towards LOL (exaggerating slightly but still). It was a very different sensation to what a person who might be able to "build their dream house" might experience (I imagine, anyway) where they can have all this control and succeed with most/all the things they want to accomplish. Just this long process of disappointment and having to settle for things that I did not like or want plus the ungodly stress of it all, financially/conflictwise/having to run around doing all this stuff for months at a time...I'm just saying I can assure you that renovations CAN totally sway pink! Just don't be "Martha" about the decor and stuff! :)

Oh this is good! We started renos the week before I got pregnant (with so many ordering material issues) and I started a new position at work the week I got pregnant. I was so stressed and was sure I was steering blue!
