i appologise if in wrong part of forum however i have had some "moderate" level cramps in middle pelvic area / under stomach i suppose... (not usual overy spot). its almost a pulled muscle feel,its just bothering me and worrying me slightly now as its quite a dull ache. In case relevant 6 days past ovulation and 7 days till AF due...

*to add the pain doesnt feel quite in middle just off to left slightly..

That is likely from the secondary estrogen surge, at about that point in your cycle your body releases a big burst of estrogen to help maintain your uterine lining a little longer. This can cause you to have symptoms that are very similar to those you get right before ovulation - cramps, tenderness, in the uterine area. Totally normal!

Or, you can be pregnant (if that's possible) and while it's a bit early you can start having some cramping in your uterus 8-10 days after conception.

Take one ibuprofen and it generally clears right up if it's from estrogen surge, and if it comes back, you may be pregnant and I"d wait and see before taking anything else for it.
