I've read it's good to exercise in the morning 60min+ 4 days a week for a good pink sway. However with delaying breakfast, I'm just wondering how one can do this without not feeling hungry shortly after? Do you evercise in morning and then wait for lunch..I don't think I could survive lol

It doesn't have to be in the morning. You can exercise whatever time of day works best for you.
If you want to exercise in the morning, that's fine. Go ahead and eat a little something before if that works better for you. Or after. The benefits to exercise are greater than the skipping breakfast notion. Just don't eat both before and after exercise.

I've always done my exercise largely in the late afternoon or early evening after work. Seemed to work in my case.

When I was swaying I almost always exercised in the afternoon. My boys would nap or play in their rooms while I worked out. Just do whatever time of day that works best for you.
