I have a son, who was born in 2014. I didn't try to sway, and really can't recall if I was doing more boy friendly things or not. I want to start TTC, but desperately want a girl. My cycles are like clockwork, and I've always conceived on the 3rd month (miscarriages). I was prescribed clomid 100mg day 5-9 (or 5-7, I'll have to check) because he said it will yield better eggs and hopefully no miscarriage.
I was looking at the plans I can buy but wasn't sure which to buy... Any recommendations on which plan is best?
I'm worried I left it too long to do the LE diet. I REALLY want to have a baby by the end of the year. My next ovulation days (not exact obviously) are January 31, March 1 and March 30. LE diet is supposed to be 3 months so March 30 would be my first chance? Is there any hope of a baby girl this year?
I can't drink coffee, suck at losing weight. I'm taking 1600-2000 of folic acid a day. I don't really know what to eat on the LE diet. I've tried doing it for a couple weeks now but either ruin it or don't eat properly.

Hi and welcome Kiyoshi!
You would want a personalized or custom plan (they're the same thing, called different names depending on the description you read) and then I'll make your plan for you. I'll try to get your plan back to you as quickly as I can since I know you need it fast and I'll take into account that you want to try sooner. I can help you with your diet starting right now if you tell me about what you're eating and what you're getting hung up on.

I guess I don't know what I can eat that stays low carb, low protein, low nutrient, low calorie. I feel like my normal diet isn't easily adjusted.
We eat a lot of meat, mainly chicken. We eat a lot of dairy (milk, cheese, Sour cream, parmesan). We eat a lot of smoothies, with Yogurt, milk, fruit. I don't know what to take to work for lunch.
As an example, today I ate 2.5 pieces of French toast (which would be bread, 1/4 cup milk, 1.5 eggs, cinnamon, little butter and syrup). For "lunch" a couple pieces of cheese because I wasn't hungry. For dinner we had homemade perogies (half an egg, lots of cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Sour cream). I ate way too much dinner because it was delicious.
Yesterday I had a chicken salad (little chicken, 60g) and little dressing (oil based). For dinner we had chicken wings, rice and Veggies.
I just feel like I'm ruining the low protein, low nutrient. I also haven't lost weight, and do have weight to lose (145lb, should be under 120).
I have been able to go without breakfast easily, and eat about 5 hours after waking up. I work 8 hours on my feet, and honestly don't have energy to exercise more. Nursing supposedly sways pink, but I did a poll in an extended nursing group I'm in and results were 50/50, but I'm having a lot of pain while nursing and having a hard time keeping it up.
My husband also isn't fully onboard with no release for a long time, except once a month.
Am I only supposed to count calories, protein and fat? Is rice, pasta okay? I know potatoes aren't.

For the plans, do I want to $79usd Personalized Gender Swaying Plan and Coaching Service or the $99usd TTC a Girl Bundle- Personalized Gender Swaying Plan and Coaching Service PLUS 21-day Meal Plan? Is the only difference the meal plan?

Don't worry about the low nutrients. All that means is skipping fortified foods. We originally thought that small mounts of nutrients in things like fruit and veg might sway but that did not prove true and as long as you are avoiding fortified foods and trying to stay somewhat in the LE Diet limits (50-60 g protein and fat, 1500-1800 calories or even as many as 1800-2000 if you need to) and avoiding fortified foods then you do NOT need to worry about nutrients. Low carb vegetables are free and unlimtied, have as much as you want, no need to count. Higher carb veg and fruit, count only cals and not the protein or fat in them. So they're also a good food for you.
"Low" doesn't mean "NO." It is fine to have dairy, chicken, eggs, etc. within the limits of the diet. The smoothies are fine. Full fat dairy only for you.
The diet that French toast day you are mentioning is pretty carby so we'd need to add in more protein and fat to get a higher % of your day's calories from those, and fewer from carbs. That will help with the weight loss. The day with the chicken salad is better. For some reason rice is better tolerated in terms of carbs than wheat products are.
Here is an alternate diet I think you may do better on. You don't need to stick to it super religiously (example, it's fine to eat less meat for the sake of your sway provided you're fitting within limits.
Potatoes actually ARE totally ok on LE Diet. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/60703-potatoes.html
I admit to being skeptical of nursing swaying pink myself. It was shown in a couple studies but I think it includes a lot of people who are more caretakers and less BSNs. And of course it probably wouldn't be that nursing sways pink in and of itself but more the people who are attracted to it may be more set for pink. Anyway I share your skepticism about that.
No one who is on their feet 8 hours a day needs to exercise.
No release but once a month is not part of the kind of sway we do around here. :) He doesn't need to abstain at all, and in fact any men over 35 do NOT abstain because we don't believe it to be acceptibly safe. The most anyone ever abstains is 7-10 days and it hasn't even worked as a sway tactic. For reasons we don't understand the one attempt has been what mattered - the timing/frequency stuff has not worked at all, but conceiving with only one attempt has been.
