Hi there, I was wondering about the skipping breakfast thing on LE diet. Is it ok to have a glass of milk (skimmed or rice milk) or would that be the same as having breakfast? I don’t know if I can cope until lunch without something :nails:

Nope, that's still breakfast.
What most of us do is have coffee with a little milk or cream (a small amount is different than a glass) and some have artificial sweeteners in them.
Also, you don't have to go all the way to lunch if that is difficult. Just pushing the first meal back by a few hours still helps!

Thank you! I can probably manage until 10 or 11 so that’s good news

That's what I did! I get up early and there was no way I could have made it till noon most days. A few days I did but most of the time I ate 11ish, sometimes got hungry sooner and ate at more like 10.
There is NO benefit to having a set mealtime, either, btw - just eat when you are ready to eat.
