Hi there! I'm new to the site and after 2 boys am desperate for a girl! 2 weeks ago I stumbled upon the thread How girl mom's made girls... and read all 400+ posts and adjusted my diet and exercise immediately (started skipping breakfast, doing a ton of cardio, lowered calories- basically doing the LE diet without knowing it) then last week I purchased the girl bundle and got access to the actual diet and have been following that strictly. I haven't received my personalized plan yet (I totally understand it takes 7-10 days). In the past 2 weeks I've lost 3.5 pounds and feel really gross because I've done a 180 on my usual diet. by the time I ovulate this weekend, I will have been on the Le diet for 2 1-2 weeks. Is this too soon to BD? I don't want to BD too early if I haven't been on the diet long enough... but in the other hand I don't know how long I can last on the LE diet (or at least at the strict pace I'm following it). Please help! Thanks in advance 😀

The results tracked on this site show that 12+ weeks on the diet is best. This amount of time is needed for the body to really be in a healthy but declining condition, not shocked starvation mode. From memory 8+ weeks is still ok results wise but less than that there seems to have not been sufficient time for the diet to take affect.

I think you need to ease back on the diet a bit. That diet is just a sample and you can have a lot more other things than that!
We tracked our results and found that 2-4 weeks on the diet had poor results even when people were super strict. 6-8 weeks was better, 8-10 weeks better still,a nd then anything after 12 weeks was good (even tho people nearly always were much less strict by that point.) So I would suggest relaxing more on diet and staying on it longer.
