I would like to add 1 or 2 supplements to my sway.
Would i take fibre or vitex?
Any successful sways with one of them?
At the moment (not swaying yet) i take Psyllium (fibre).
Would it do any harm to take one baby aspirin a day?
For my husband i was thinking about olive leaf extract.

Fiber I recommend for most people, you can just continue with your psyllium, no need to take anything different.
Vitex - has had disappointing results (better than 50-50, but just barely, and 10% lower results than the overall success rates of the site) Plus, it has really messed up people's cycles when they took it. I really am moving away from using it for most people but it is your call to make.
Fiber is at 67% success rates with at least 108 successful sways (there are many more but that's who responded to the spreadsheet) but I have reason to believe based on historical results in our statistics that it does actually do something beneficial for sways and I recommend it.
Vitex is at 55%, 72 people used it in successful sways, has always been disappointingly low in results, causes lots of trouble, and I do not recommend.
I can no longer recommend baby aspirin (without a doctor's recommendation) because it did not work (when we calculated it, the same number of people got girls with and without it) caused many side effects, and studies have shown that it is much riskier than was first thought, both for you and for your unborn baby.
