So this is our last cycle trying to get pregnant (hopefully with a girl) for a while. It is our 7th cycle trying so hoping this one sticks. I have been doing opks and just started temping to see how they match. We have been doing 1 attempt at positive opk for the whole time, this past one we were every 4 days. We are doing e4d again and hoping this one sticks. Anything else I can do to help it stick but still sway girl?? Our first two pregnancies were 4 months and then 1 month trying so this one seems like forever.

I would have you do e4d plus one more attempt at positive OPK.

If you really really want to boost odds of conception then you can try SMEP but that is more blue friendly.

Are you doing anything like shallow release that may cut odds of conception???

No. Just j & d after about 5 or so min.

You may want to extend that longer.

It's lower odds of pink, better odds of conception.
