Alright so I posted about this the other day but I just had another doctors appointment today and have a small update so I figured I’d repost and get some more opinions.
20 weeks - We were told we were having a girl and this was the terrible photo we got determining the gender.

Unfortunately, we did not see this photo until after our gender reveal photos. We used this picture to give to someone to fill a balloon with pink or blue confetti to pop for reveal photos. We didn’t see the photo until afterwards; had I seen the photo to begin with, I would’ve been very skeptical because the quality of this is pretty poor and frankly, I can’t make out anything in this picture.
22 weeks - We had our anatomy scan and I asked the tech to please confirm the gender being a girl because of how terrible our original photo was.

She told us that she saw boy and gave us these photos. She was pretty certain it was a boy but I wasn’t completely convinced. The boy parts just looked kind of funny to me, plus she didn’t use the heat map to confirm it wasn’t cord.
24 weeks - We went to get a 3D ultrasound to get some cute little face pictures taken of our peanut. They also offer gender determination so I figured I’d ask them to take another look for me to see what she saw. She said the cord kept getting in her way and the baby was being difficult and not opening its legs. Finally she was able to get this photo.

She was pretty confident that it was definitely a girl.
Today I had a check up appointment with my doctor and I showed her these photos and she said the boy photos didn’t even look like boy parts to her and since the girl photo was the most recent, that she would lean more towards girl at this point. I have scheduled yet ANOTHER scan for this weekend to hopefully finally get a solid answer.
I’m just curious what everyone’s opinions are on my photos, or if anyone else had any similar experiences? This is my first baby and this has been quite the roller coaster with determining the gender. My next baby I think I’m just going to keep it a surprise until birth!! Lol.
