Hello!

Today I had a reading of my PH being 4.36, which is a new all time low for me. Yay! The biggest change was adding lots of lavender - I have the oil burning and got a PH balanced lavender soap, lavender deoterent, shampoo and conditioner.

I also did a tiny bit of store bough vinigar douche the last two days...and I have been using aci jel and replens. Lots of peppermint tea, anion pads and all the suppliments. None of these things are brand new. I am going to stop doing the douche as I feel a UTI coming on.

Any thoughts if lavender is responsible or is it everything together? Are ions related to PH?

I do not believe the lavender is in any way responsible for your pH. It's the douche and the jellies. If you enjoy the lavender and feel that it's working for you that's great, but I simply don't believe that ions emanating from lavender, are doing anything at all for your pH.

The traditional sway info has pH and ions related to each other, and of course chemically speaking pH is caused by ions, but that does not translate into tiny particles gravitating from lavender into your vjj and altering the pH of your CM.

Again, if you like the lavender and feel that it's working for you, that's fantastic and enjoy it!
