Hi! Looking for some help here! :)

So I am on LE diet since FOREVER ;),(since oct '17 with an occasional cheat ) now recently I fallen off the wagon a bit and had few cheats already :/ - jan 26th supposed to be my attempt but I am on antibiotics 8 days already ! For chest infection And Supposed to take them 6 more days! Doc. Gave me an extra box as he still heard something in my chest, so supposed to take it Till Wednesday 24th and I wanted to have an attempt Friday night 26th jan and I ovulate Monday 29th jan.

I am doing LE diet, zero sugar drinks and cranberry tabs,
Want to use rephresh/Replens if ph too high ,my DH doing few supps as well!

I am not feeling very well after those antibiotics so thinking of stopping today(I feel ok already in general in terms of health ) - but got scared that maybe doc.gave me too much - because I have an upset tummy -pains and I feel my organism is soaked in this medicine -so got a bit scared - I have even funny taste in my mouth- thinking it must be from antibiotics! I am Taking one tablet of the good brand probiotics once a day , forgot once or twice so maybe that's why my tummy hurts today..?!
Anyway read few threads but no straight answer there - so a bit confused ?!

Does antibiotics change ph? Is taking antibiotics aand probiotic lean blue in any way ? And how? I just don't want to jeopardise my girl sway as I wanted really try hard this time ! It will be baby no3 for us and I really want a girl!
should I hold off with ttc -till next month?!

How does it affect my sway and can it be a factor to failed sway ? Is a week enough for organism to go back into the "nearly old self " so I won't loose a month of ttc ?!

Any advice what I should do?
I will start an extra natural yog. today, I wasn't eating a lot lately and very much sleep deprived 2-5 hrs of sleep, per night on top of all that ,

Sorry for such a long post I was just so set for this month ! And now I am in bits ! :(

If you've been on diet since October I think you need to try.

You need to continue the antibiotics, we are talking about an infection in your chest here which can be serious. Call them to mention that you are not feeling well while taking the antibiotics and see what they say about that, but you should not and in fact MUST NOT stop taking antibiotics for the sake of a sway. It has never been proven that antibiotics sway blue at all.

Probiotics have swayed blue for us but if you are on antibiotics you MUST TAKE THEM. You can make yourself very sick stopping them now.

Being sick and sleep deprived will only sway pink, as does your time on diet. I think you should go ahead and try while continuing the medication and probiotics.

Thanks Atomic for a prompt reply! I agree ! To be honest my hubby is starting to get tired of supplements and diet as he is doing a bit of both together with me, but I am tired of it as well, I am slightly worried that I didnt do diet as much for past 2 weeks - trying to follow LE diet - but had a few cheats along the way, hope it wont matter since I am on diet for a long time - but do you think I need to look for ph as well ,keep it down at all? just because of antibiotics ?! I have tested and my ph was always 4-5 and now it's 6-7 , so there is a difference ,

Can you tell me what you're doing to sway in terms of frequency, douching/jelly, antihistamine, etc? Anything that could cut odds of conception? We possibly need to start doing things to improve your chances of conceiving at this point.

Everyone relaxes some on diet by that point. it's fine and we still get good results for pink.

pH testing has really not worked for us. So I would not worry about pH because everything that supposedly lowers pH has really cut odds of conception and hasn't worked anyway.

I want to try once 2 days before Ovulation and if won't catch it and will be too far out then one try just shortly after Ovulation (taking my bbt so have a fairly good idea what and when also doing opks), I need to take antihistamine was told to take it by my doctor, so zirtek cranberry and LE diet for me, posiible.finger replens after BD (just for my piece of mind)my DH - humuli lipulli , cranberry ,and hot bath few hrs before BD - so that's really it on top of stuff like ions - I know it maybe seems like.a lot but I had a previous "failed girl sway" with lime douche and other things and it was still a boy so tough crowd there ;) ��

Also please can you shed some light for me -on testosterone topic - can't find the exact answer on that Q- is there a big testosterone release few days before O that is then converted into estrogen ? Tia

And can you please tell me also , if an ultrasound on Saturday will affect my sway in some way? Ob gel etc. I have my O Mon/Tues latest wed.

Shortly after ovulation?? Do you mean O+12? That is terrible chances of conception and doesn't work anyway. Stick with O-2 if you MUST do timing (which does not work and has been totally debunked.)

Yes, you're doing so much to sway that I suspect you are giving yourself no chance of conception. I will tell you what to drop, you can decide if you want to do that or now.

Drop cranberry for both you and DH. He can continue the hops (humuli) for another month or two but then drop that as well. I do not think the herb does anything (no herbs have seemed to work for DH) so if he's really fed up with it I'd have him drop that too. He MUST stop the hot baths.

No more replens. If you are doing shallow release, stop. It has cut odds of conception like nothing else. If you are doing jump and dump, I would wait longer before getting up.

I know you don't want to drop these things. But as you already know, you can do the strictest sway in the world and still get a boy. I know it seems counterintuitive but we have been getting better results doing only the things that really work - LE Diet plus coffee, fiber, and alcohol, cardio exercise if possible, one attempt or every 4 days, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. The people who try to do everything actually end up having worse results than those who let go of the things that don't sway (timing, frequency, pH, supplements) and focus on the things that do!!
