Since starting the pcos diet 4 months ago my ovulation moved from cd 22 to cd 17 and I took this as a good sign that I was doing well with my pink sway!

This month I’m on cd 20 and still no O or pos opk, I’m worried exercising less over the holidays has ruined my pinkness so to speak, I didn’t even cheat badly over Christmas! What do you think?

You can't tell based on when you ovulate how pink friendly you are. I wish it was that easy! :)

I would go ahead and try.

Thanks, I’ve been continuing with e4d, just strange CD 21 and no sign of o! Wondering what it was that pushed it back so far, never ovulated so late even with pcos!

Some months are like that even without swaying. I know it's obnoxious though!

Do you think it’s possible I’ve stopped ovulating due to weightloss? I’m my lowest adult weight since being on the pcos diet for 3 months (still healthy bmi)

It is possible. I was ovulating 2 months with low bmi 18,9 and after i stopped to ovulate. Now my bmi is 19,9

Atomic do you think I’ll benefit from vitex to shorten my cycles?

Yes, it's possible, but you probably haven't stopped, it will just be later than normal.

NO

if you're delaying O due to weight loss, then vitex will be like throwing gasoline on a fire. Makes everything much worse!

Ok thank you, I’ll just have to wait and see. Still no sign! :(

Sorry for another question, perppermint yes would you have me drop it? Drink around 3 cups a week before cd14 (maybe less some weeks)

3 cups a week is not believed to be enough to do anything to cut odds of conception (people were drinking 3 cups a DAY)

But if you don't need it to survive/maintain your sanity, we've def. seen better odds of conception after people dropped it, but they were all using it medicinally at the higher dose, so I doubt the amount you're drinking could affect anything.
