I think I remember stumbling across an article water but can't find it. Silly question but for those will be doing LE diet..can you drink water when you wake up? Or throughout the day or is this consider "snacking". If one gets thirsty..what do you recommend other than coffee?

Thanks!

You can drink water whenever you like, it has no calories. Your body is actually made of mostly water! Don't deprive yourself of water. You will become dehydrated if you don't drink enough.

I know such a silly question...does it matter what kind of water? I thought I read something about PH levels etc.

Oh that article you're thinking of is this http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/2159-water-water-everywhere-pink-blue.html?2159-Water-water-everywhere%21-For-pink-and-blue=
It has to do with pH of water, hard or soft but we've found those things don't matter.

Drink water to your level of thirst. Don't drink more or less for your sway (this is really important, ladies, because your electrolytes may be screwy due to being on a diet, so don't manipulate your hydration levels)

ks posted the link to the water essay but seriously view that as just for fun. I really doubt it does anything at all.

One thing I really liked when I was swaying was seltzer water (not club soda, seltzer) they have lots of flavored bubbly waters now, and they make a good replacement for other drinks.
