Hello! Because it’s taken me a long time to work out what I’m doing with the diet it looks like I’ll only have been on it for about 8-10 weeks by the time I was planning on my first attempt. Is this a good idea or should I delay first attempt by another month to make sure I’ve been on the diet for 12 weeks?

Thank you for advice

I'd be happy to help you if you're having difficulties figuring out the diet. We do get best results with 12+ weeks on diet but 8-10 is still pretty good in the stats. You may not even get pregnant the first month anyway.

Thank you that’s very kind. I’m doing the LE PCOS diet but I just seem to be eating a lot more fat and protein than I did before and I feel I must be doing something wrong because it seems like a diet of plenty rather than low everything. Atomic was very helpful at explaining, it is just taking me some time to adjust because when I started I thought I had to limit anything and everything like the IG diet.

I did buy the diet plan but haven’t received anything yet - I’m hoping that will clear a lot up for me. I should say - I’ve received a receipt but the plan doesn’t appear on my subscriptions or anything. I’ve posted elsewhere about this but not heard - any info would be great

8-10 weeks is still pretty good results and most people do take longer than 1 month to conceive. Totally your call to make.
