View Full Version : My Boy Sway Diet - Ladies Pls review and let me know you thoughts

Blessed with a baby boy! Thanks atomic and beautiful ladies !1

DW supplement:

Womens one a day
GNc probiotic
Fish Oil
CoQ 10 -50 mg


DH supplement:
Mens one a day 50 plus

Breakfast:

2 multigrainbread with peanut butter, cheerios, mini wheats, honey crunch oats in full fat milk or just plain oatmeal,
banana a day small cup of coffee ( trying to cut back)

Snack:

nuts ( i am not able to eat much ,so counting like 15 almonds, 15 cashews, 1 brazil nut evry day)
dove dark chocolate small piece

Lunch:

Mostly indian ,white rice with veggies, wheat tortillas with potato

Everyday 2 small can of v8 vegetable juice, and 1 nirvana small can of coconut water.

Brown cow yogurt small cup, 1 Larabar cherry pie.


Evening snack :

tea with full fat milk, one piece of mozerrella cheese, avocado, lays chips


Dinner:

white rice with veggies, wheat tortillas ,having 2 boiled eggs , orange juice evryday


Snack:

having tea with full fat milk, dove dark chocolate bar, Raisins


Ladies,Pls pour all your thoughts on the diet to add

Add Ghee butter to your diet. Not the vegetable ghee but the animal fat. More fruit and vegetables (variety is key!).

Have a look at the succesful blue sway diets! You will get a good idea :). And try to gain muscles or do some yoga too as it helps you relax bring some balance.

Just wanted to ask which of the women's one a day you are using is it the prenatal, I am also swaying for blue and a bit confused about which of the supplement to get .

I am adding cow ghee to the rice , I saw so many successful blue sway, finally ended up with the above one which I can able to do. I am doing yoga twice a week. Planning to lift weights. Being vegetarian I don’t know what to eat for lunch and dinner. I always eat rice and roti with lentil curry most of the time. Let me know any good idea for lunch and dinner. Thanks again meoab for all your suggestion !!!

I am using women’s one a day prenatal, orange color tablets. Pls add your sway too for blue

No just the regular orange Women's One a Day. It is actually better than most prenatals (and the One a Day prenatal is really meh.)
