How well does clomid and one attempt work on its own?

We don't totally know that per se but we know that in studies, Clomid swayed about 5% alone and both Clomid and 1 attempt have gotten 70-75% success rates most of the time. (One attempt has dropped in success rates of late but I think that's because so many more people are using it and some of them aren't doing anything else to sway.)
