View Full Version : How bad does vitamin D sway blue?

I am taking about 2000 units of vit D a day. I was deficient until some months ago but now I could probably quit it without getting deficient again before summer. My plan was to quit it when we would start ttc'ing. My hubby wasn't fully on board for a third child so far so I kept taking it. But last week he surprised me by not pulling out (sorry tmi), what he would normally do. That was the day before my positive opk! Now I'm worrying about having taken the vit D. How bad was it? Is it such a string blue sway factor that it will compensate my excercising for example? [emoji33]

I don’t know the answer, but I’d also be curious to hear! We have a surprise baby due in May and outside of extra vitamin D, I was very girl friendly. We’re team green so I don’t know boy/girl yet, but I’d be curious to know other’s thoughts!

We don't know how strongly it sways and it is likely different for every individual anyway. I do believe Vit. D is a strong BLUE sway but certainly not a magic bullet! After all, remember, it was part of the mineral balancing sway diet supplements, so if it always made boys it would have been obvious a long time ago!

What?? I thought vit. D swayed boy, I've been using whole milk. Oh no :(

I think atomic probably meant it's a strong blue sway? I will skip it from now on as I apparently didn't get pregnant this month...

Yes it is a BLUE sway, that was at the end of the day and I was really tired, I apologize.

It does, that was a typo, I'd been up working on the site since 4 am and it was 1 in the afternoon at that point. Sorry!

No need to apologize, but thank you for coming back to let us know it does sway blue. Made my day better ;)

Thanks for clarifying atomic! You seriously work so hard - thank you for all you do for so many of us! It is so appreciated!

I would definitely wean off Verena. I think XX had boy #3 after adding vitamin D back in to her very girl friendly sway and if this baby is a boy, vitamin D and a multivitamin are the only boy friendly things I did this time around. Good luck in your TTC journey and pink dust! [emoji178]
