Hi guys, I have invested in clear blue ovulation tests.

On them they have 3 indicators;

Low fertility; low but not impossible to get pregnant

High fertility; When the test first detects a rise in your level of estrogen it will display High Fertility (a flashing smiley face). Your result will be displayed for 8 minutes.

Peak Fertility; LH surge has been detected, today and tomorrow are the most fertile days.

So going off this to sway for a baby girl, when would you DTD?

Thank you :)

Have your attempt once you get a peak reading. You can get several days worth of high readings so they can be a bit frustrating!

:agree: most people do what ks says and have attempt at first peak.

A few people who want timing (which does not work, but some people want to do it anyway) will do an attempt on the second day of high. But the downside of this approach is not only does timing not work, and not only is it much lower odds of conception, but additionally the tests can go straight to peak without any highs, or have lots of days of highs before going to peak, so it all ends up being super confusing and a lot of trouble for people. So I generally like the attempts at first peak for ease of use and best odds of conception.
