View Full Version : I've had 3 scans - all said girl and I still can't believe it

First scan was gender scan at 16 weeks, they said it was a girl!
Second scan was the NHS anomaly scan and he wouldn't actually print a picture or confirm but did say he thought it was a girl but that testicles can still drop at this point so not to paint the nursery.. sent me into a panic
So we booked another scan at the private place when I was 21weeks exactly and she said it is deffo a girl, checked loads of times and took 3/4 potty shots to be certain!

I STILL can't believe it! Keep googling people who were told the wrong gender [emoji85] what's wrong with me
If I had the money and could go on my own (partner says no more scans [emoji23]) I would book another one
What if I give birth and they got it wrong? How would I ever get over that?

Anyway these are the potty shots from the private 21 week scan, what do people think??? Xx

I'm worried Tho as I keep torturing myself reading forums etc about when they get it wrong!! Worried it could just be a squashed scrotum? Ahh

I am an ultrasound tech and that looks like a definite girl to me!!
I've never seen a boy that looked like that between the legs LOL.

We all feel like that at first lovell!! Till they put the baby in your arms and even then it takes a while to sink in!
