11.5 weeks ultrasound, boy or girl guesses?!

This will be our 3rd baby, we already have 2 healthy girls, the waiting game is killing me for some reason with this one! Any clues or guesses on gender? I'm not positive if that is the "nub" or not or where the placenta or is? Thank you!
