Firstly, I知 sorry that I have so many questions and I really do appreciate the responses. I知 sure I知 getting to the end of all my queries!

I have a very busy working life and two little boys. Fitting in 60 mins cardio per day will be really hard for me to do. At a push I could try 60 mins on a static bicycle every night but it would be really really hard. I guess I知 asking for advice about what you壇 do in this situation. I walk 30 mins to work and back every day so already do moderate exercise. Obviously not great for ttc pink. Would you leave off the exercise because it doesn稚 fit in with your current lifestyle or would you try to get the 60mins in if this was you? If I知 honest, I don稚 think I値l manage 60 mins a day. If not is my option to do nothing? Any clarification so welcome thanks

With pcos I know atomic recommends doing even moderate exercise even if you can稚 fit the 60 mins in (I can稚)

Ooh really? Do you remember what was classed as moderate? I feel like you and I are in a very similar situation in all kinds of ways!

What Girlsway said. PCOSers benefit from even moderate exercise. If you can't do the 60 minutes, it's fine. Doing the moderate exercise walking to work sounds good.

I wonder also (just to add to the complications) if it might be different for those of us with Lean pcos - I have a healthy lifestyle and am not overweight. But I have this hormonal imbalance anyway. Am interested in how this type of PCOS might change advice relating to the normal PCOS situation, if at all

Anyone with PCOS or more than 30-50 lbs to spare should exercise at moderate levels because the benefit to blood sugar control and weight loss are so great they outweigh any risks (unproven BTW) to your sway from moderate exercise building muscle mass.

Moderate exercise helps with blood sugar control and insulin response and even lean PCOSers should do moderate exercise rather than couch potato

Anything that is less than 60 minutes a day 4-7 times a week is moderate. I prefer you guys do more exercise but if you have PCO I want you exercising, period, even if moderate.

I've seen Atomic give the okay for just 30 minutes of exercise for PCOS ladies before because of the benefits to blood sugar.

edit: lol Atomic already said the same as I was typing my response
