Hi everyone,
I’m wondering what is best to do, and was also wondering what others do when it comes to trCking limits, I swayed last year which ended in MC and I tracked the full 12 weeks because I don’t eat a great deal and would always be way under on everything, I’ve been back on the diet for about 4 weeks now and some days tracking and then some only tracking one meal to try and work out roughly what I need to eat for dinner, I tend to over plan everything and I feel as though tracking every single meal causes this over the top reading packets - pre planning every single day in the morning to make sure I’m getting the right amount of stuff might be causing me to put too much thought into it. But on the other hand not tracking I have no real idea whether I’m eating enough or not. I wondered if anyone else tends to track the whole way through or is just going with the flow after a couple of weeks?

What I did (and what I recommend for most people) is that I just tracked for about a week and then had a good feel for how much I was eating. But I never was tempted to cut back too far. Just try to keep in your mind that you need to be sure you're getting enough, that it's actually better to be over limits than under them, and then on occasion if you want to see how some unusual food stacks up you may want to try tracking for a meal or for a day or whatever. Most people don't need to track constantly for 12 straight weeks!

Thankyou, that’s what I was thinking of doing and maybe a day or two a week track because I don’t want to be going under all the time! I am going by the rule that when I think I’ve had enough - I have one more thing lol! And that seems to be working out well! Thankyou
