Ok it’s the fourth day I’m on the diet. And I’m feeling really sick nauseous and dizzy:( wanna know if anyone else’s expierenced this? I’m drinking 3 cups of black coffe a day(never did before) and taking psyllium husk Fibre 500 from solgar. So what could it be that making me feel like this ? Diet , the coffee or the fiber ? I’m getting slightly panicked by this feeling. I also don’t sleep very well since the diet

What's your day look like food wise? It could be you're not eating enough or eating such carb loaded meals it's dropping your blood sugar too low. The not sleeping well could be from all the coffee. When do you usually have your coffee?

Today I ate leftovers lunch was 1 slice pizza and Macaroni and in a couple of hours im having dinner is white Rice whith spices whith eggplant, paprika, cauliflowers. Don’t know if that is enough?

Just cut back to one cup of coffee a day. going from no coffee to three coffees would make anyone feel weird.
Do you ahve your nutrient totals for the day? Calories, protein, and fat?
I think you need to relax a bit on diet as well...just add back in breakfast and see if this clears up.
Sometimes it is better to ease into the diet rather than starting every aspect all at once.

Fat 26 gr, protein 30gr & kcal 1600. Did not count sodium or potassium but I probably get enough of that. I was used to drink two coffee with sugar and creamer so it’s not that sudden that I start drinking coffee. My feeing is that it’s the fiber?

You need to up fat to a minimum of 30 g and protein needs to be a minimum of 40.
Anything is possible, try taking a few days off the fiber and seeing if it helps. It's not something I've had reported to me but doesn't mean it's not happening.

But i read that breakfast is swaying boys? Or I’ll try that my blood sugar stay low a long part of the day and have three meals, is that an option? For example: have 9:00 o clock in the a small breakfast then lunch 13:00 o’clock and dinner 17:00 o’clock. Then try to eat nothing for 16 hours.

You can eat breakfast for a few days to see if it helps and then start pushing it back gradually over time. You don't have to do everything fully the first week or even two. It is better to ease into it and give your body time to adjust.
3 meals is allowed on LE Diet, just push back the first meal and then fit the 3 meals into the rest of the time. I usually ate at 10-11 am, then again at 4/5 pm or so, and then had a bedtime snack. Do what works better for you.

I just wanted to say that I personally have never eaten breakfast and still have two boys.

:agree: It's not a guarantee, just something that may help a bit. It will not undo anyone's sway to eat breakfast if you need to. We're just trying to "force" our bodies to have to burn off stores of fat via fasting because something about that may sway pink.

What about big meals that take a long time too diguest? Is that still swaying girl if i ate two big meals and no snacking in between? Ramadan is coming and we eat only one big meal.

No, that would still sway pink as long as you keep within the limits.

It's not at all important and I have a very thorough explanation in this thread. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62533-le-diet-faq-2-mineral-madness-edition.html
