Are takkis ok to have on the PCOS diet, I know they’re made with corn flour but in small portions do you think they’d be ok? I’ve been craving them like crazy and did indulge in them quite a bit! Lol

If your PCOS isn't severe, it's probably okay. Just make sure you're still getting your carbs mostly from whole grains and fruit.

Thank you for your response, most of my carbs do come from whole grains and veggies, but lately I’ve been noticing I need more “filler” type foods to get up in calories as most of the veggies I eat are low carb!

ARe you talking about those spicy chips??

In small portions they're fine, they are carby so don't go overboard with them.

that is normal over time on PCOS Diet. Your insulin response improves over time and you can get away with more carbs than at first.

Thank you atomic, I took this week to get all of my cravings/cheats out of the way and am starting fresh tomorrow. I feel like my harmones are finally balancing back out!
