I am staying within my limits of 50-60g protein and fat but the way it痴 going I am usually at the top end of these (between 55 and 60). My carbs have reduced to the point where they池e averaging at about 30-45% of my daily intake (though I知 not counting wine in that). I just want to check that this picture is actually looking good ie in the right direction? I guess I知 worrying that I知 too high fat / high protein with not enough carbs. Cals are averaging at 1200-1300.

TIA - apologies if this is repetitive, I just wanna make sure I understand!

Yes, as long as you're in the limits of the day (which you are) then that is fine. I am a little concerned you'll lose weight too fast but let your weight loss be your guide - if you find it is flying off, add in more cals of carbs.

Ok, thank you. I値l definitely do that. The weight is coming off but not really really fast and I知 easily making 1200 calories, sometimes I知 up to 1,400. If it picks up I値l up my carbs as you say.

As weight comes off, your insulin response can improve so you may find that the more you lose, the faster it comes off (usually this is mitigated by lower metabolic rate but not always!) So just be prepared that it may come off faster as you go.
