View Full Version : What can I drink for a pink sway?

I don't drink normal tea but I love a herbal tea , should I stop drinking them all together? Any fruit tea , peppermint , camomile i'll have about 5 cups a day.
I don't drink coffee but would start if it's recommended.
What hot drink is good for a girl sway?
Is tap water also a no go? I live in a hard water area , thank you in advance. I have been swaying for 2 months now and feel like I've ruined it all with my love of herbal tea x

Drink several different kinds, just don't have more than one of the same kind in one day. Herbs don't act medicinally unless you have quite a lot of the same kind so if you switch them up, they can't affect your fertility or your sway.

No licorice tea though, that is harmful when TTC and pregnant.

Im drinking only coffee during the day but first thing in the morning i cant have it. I was used to drink tea but it is not recommended so i put frozen fruit (1strawberry) in hot water and it is delicious hot drink:)

Thank you that sounds like a good alternative , I also wouldn't mind lemon in hot water but not sure how that sits with my sway x

while lemon water is said to sway blue, they have to drink a LOT of lemon water. 1 cup lemon water is not going to harm anyone's sway.

Oh and I think I missed a question - yes do drink coffee if you can, it seems to sway pink very effectively!

Atomic, can I have just one cup coffee in the morning without sugar and skip breakfast for girl sway? I just can’t live without drinking something first thing in the morning . Please advise if this will be ok for my girl sway.

Yes we virtually all do that - coffee with creamer of some kind and artificial or no sweetener. :)

Hi I’m drinking coffee, water and one serving diet coke a day and one mug peppermint tea as a replacement for black tea.

Thanks �� sorry for again repeatedly asking....so 1 cup coffee if I drink in the morning without sugar and then I can have lunch straight or delay breakfast and have at 11 ? How many hours should I leave after coffee basically till breakfast or early lunch?I’m not sure on how well I would be able to skip breakfast altogether ...

Yes, that's fine.

All you're trying to do is extend the amount of hours that you go without eating. There is no set amount of time that's right for everyone, just do what works best for you without making you super miserable. And it is fine if one day this is a certain number of hours and then the next day is more or less than that. There is no benefit to keeping to a certain schedule, it's fine to stay flexible over time.

Just to share what I did, I had coffee (and I cheated and had real sugar in that! naughty!) in the morning at around 5 am and then I'd go till 10-11 (rarely 12) before having my first meal. Then I had 3 meals overall, the one at around 10-11, then dinner sometime between 4-6, and then a bedtime snack since I can't sleep on an empty stomach. Both 2 and 3 meals are equally fine and acceptible.
