I’m so confused! Please help

I am very confused. I’ve been researching gurl gender sway for quite a while but every time I read a pinned post it says something like “we no longer are convinced that .... sways girl”... I’m 100% lost on how to sway girl.
Can someone direct me to a post that just has plain and simple instructions?
