Vitax anyone?

Me:35yrs, 7.5mon baby is EBF with solids offered 2x/day. Baby Bedahares and dream feeds through night 2 times still. Only 1 medium period in Jan 2018 that lasted 4 days and nothing since.. Baby doesn't have a pacifier. Never have ewcm and no o pains etc since before baby. I'd like to sway girl.

Vitax to bring back ovulation ... thoughts? I have 400/mg vitax capsules wanting to start asap. Tips? I know you're suppose to start at top of cycle but I'm not getting periods. Starting to temp today.

What you need to do in that case is go back and look at what your period was before you conceived your previous baby and take the vitex to correspond to that. For whatever reason, your cycle tends to come back at the same time of the month it was before you had your last baby.

Take 800 mg from what would have been your CD 1 through CD 12-14 and then stop it for the rest of the month, then resume it the same day of the month you already took it.

Even though I took it when my baby was 7 months old, in retrospect I wish I had waited till 9 months because I feel it's safer and more likely to bring your cycle back. Up to you, though!
