Hi, four days ago i had my first laparoscopy done. They removed a endometrial cyst (6*4cm) but luckily they dont found endometriosis in my reproductive organs. Also my lost IUP was removed.I’m feeling kind of weak and dizzy after that operation and did let go of things on the diet ,like went a couple of days over my fat intake limits and did eat a very little bit of meat and eat som high quality food, how bad is that for my sway? I must say that was always was intermittent fasting tho never less that 15 hours. My problem is that i always go over my fat limits and calories & protein are less. Like yesterday i had 65fat, 35protein,1200kcal. What sways harder atomic? Intermittent fasting or staying within the limits?

For what it's worth, I was doing IF before my DD but my fat intake was often as high as yours (and usually beter fats, like olive oil, even). My protein was low like yours, and very minimal animal fats and animal protein.

It's not bad at all and I always want people to eat what their body feels like they need when they've had an illness or medical procedure.

35 g protein is not enough. 40 is the minimum cutoff for LE Diet and I do not want you guys to go under that amount. You need to add in something that is 5+ g protein - an egg, some cheese, some nuts or something.

Also, I am sure we talked about this already but why are you eating so few calories?

I really dont manage it to eat so much. Otherwise i eat like a hobbit but since I’m doing only 2/3 meals a day my lust to eat is gone. After my medical procedure i also dont feel like eating so much. Im really not hungry. Dont know what to eat else. Today was protein 45, fat 40, calories 1400. I did eat 50gram feta cheese and 50 grams chicken breast with rice and vegetables.

It doesn't matter if you feel like a Hobbit at times, you need 40 g protein minimum for your body to have a healthy pregnancy. I know 5 g does not seem like much but when you're eating lower protein, every single gram counts.

It's ok for a day or two after you've been ill or had a doctors visit, to eat a bit less. Of course. I am talking about day in, day out, over time, you need 40 g minimum a day of protein, 30 g minimum of fat (and PCOSers reading this you need minimum 50 of both).
