View Full Version : Metformin and PCOS vs LE Diet

From my understanding, Metformin changes the way we metabolize glucose/insulin, if that's correct does that mean I would be better off still doing the PCOS version or regular LE while on it? My A1C was great, but insulin was high, along with some other signs of increased T/PCOS. Thanks for any advice!

Still do the PCOS type diet (it is still LE Diet, just a different form) even on the Metformin.
