What do u mean by frequency method is debunked?

I read a post by Atomic saying she would delete frequency as it was suggested years ago.

Because we tracked our results with it and found out that neither abstain nor daily release worked. They got LOWER odds of conception than the overall success rate of the site! Plus, they really cause a lot of trouble for people, both from cutting odds of conception, but also from stress and because husbands hate them and it's really a lot of work, effort, and tension trying to keep them in (and it's that control freaky stress that may inadvertently sway blue anyway).

I don't think frequency patterns sway blue, but it's just that I don't think they help anything and cause so much trouble that they are not worth it at all. Our results have only gone up since we stopped emphasizing them. :)
