Did my Panorama test 10 days ago.
Gynae called and it’s a girl!
I still can’t believe it. Seems so unreal especially after having two lovely boys.
Just wana thank everyone here who have helped and all the information I could get here.
Really Glad I found this site .

Was my first month of trying.
I couldn’t and didn’t count the calories so I went vegetarian for about 4 weeks before I tried my sway.
No breakfast at all.
Coffee every day about 2 to 3 cups.
Swim every 3 to 4 tines a week but only for 30 mins .
Did one attempt with a 3 to 4 days cut off.
Jump and dump.

No I didn’t count protein and fat too.
Just went for only veggie. No meat at all.
No abstain as me and hubs are 39 years old.
He release every week once.

It's because we don't know what is best, what is best very likely varies by couple anyway, and if I told you guys otherwise and claimed that any method was proven better I would be fibbing. I have to stick with what we have a pretty good impression is true - and that is one attempt. The frequency stuff has not even worked anyway, no method has been proven any better than any other method, and does not merit the amount of worry and thought people are putting onto it. just pick something and go with it as long as you have that one attempt!!!!
