Hi, just wondering if qourn is good to replace meat on le, or does it have just as much protein as meat and would we be better just having a small amount of meat? I don’t think I can cut it out compleatly but can have much less than I usually would although I don’t have loads anyway but have mince meat a couple of times a week and chicken.
Also wondered about a cup of tea or 2 in the morning with a splash of milk but think I’ve come across the answer now that it’s ok.
First day gone ok didn’t eat until 12pm then went the gym for 1 hr (well 55 mins as had to leave to pick kids up) just had my evening meal at 5.30pm and will have a glass of wine later.
I’d usually have a bit of chocolate in the evening, is that ok or a no go?
Not sure how I’ll go on but going to try and take it day by day, doing weight watchers (pro points) and trying to go by le concepts- skipping or delaying breakfast, low protein fat and cals, limiting meat.
It’s not going to be easy but after going back and forth for so long it’s come to a point and I’ve gotta give it a go. Trying to keep it fairly relaxed just encorpating the main things (diet, exercise, fibre, folic acid, poss clomid but nervous of that but do have it!) and not thinking about it too much and hope the next 12weeks flys by! I have my personalised plan to refer too also. Thanks
