Unfortunately there is no nub visible and skull theory isn't accurate. Any guess from me would just be 50/50. Any other pics?

Owww thanku for your replies! I so desperately wanna know ha!! Cant believe theres no nub lol and unfortunately they only gave me one picture :( I paid for 6 lol thinking would get 6 different shots! Grr
