I would not DTD every other day after period ends, I would do every 2 days instead.
It is not mandatory to BD on the 6th if you O on the 5th. The egg will be dead by then. But yes you would want to BD on the 4th and the 5th both for sure. The reason to possibly BD on the 6th, is if you aren't sure you did ovulate on the 5th! So if you aren't sure you've ovulated, then having attempts on the 6th and even later than that is a good idea to guard against delayed ovulation.
So - IF you O on the 5th, then have attempts on 4th and 5th. If you are not sure if you've ovulated then have attempts on the 6th and later on after that (many people do every other day after ovulation) until you have for sure ovulated.
I would rather see you guys drop the vitamin with saw palmetto in it and get something like Men's One a Day over 50 that does not have saw palmetto.
Just get the ones that are JUST guaifenesin. I believe that Robitussin had stopped making it. You may have better luck looking at a chemist or pharmacy for a store brand that is just guaifenesin. Otherwise you can buy on line.

As long as you are eating a healthy diet overall almonds will sway blue. But sometimes if you eat too many almonds (or more likely, drink a lot of almond milk) and are not eating enough meat and animal fats, then it can sometimes sway pink. So keep almonds to 1-2 times a day, eat lots of other things like meat and animal fats, and avoid almond milk. I got 2 boys eating almonds every day, but I was also eating meat and animal fat too!

i am on he diet since six months after i stopped breast feeding my dd,i was eating granola cereal with homemade almond powder for breakfast i increase my intake of fruits ,vegetables, meat ,nuts, eggs ,v8 ,cheese and i was taking vitamin d,probiotic, prenatal and exercising doing weights 25 to 30 minutes for five days a week.
my hubby was on that multi vitamin for two months now it has everything that men once a day have in it plus male vitality blend ,immune health blend and antioxident fruit and energy blend
i will ask him to stop taking it but since he was on it since two months will it effect the sway i google about saw palmetto for male and i read it is testosteron booster.
i am planning to make our first attempt in april we have two and a half week left till my attempt.
going to include fish oil , green tea and lemon water .let me know if you suggest anything else

That all sounds great! :agree: that sounds like a blue-friendly amount of almond powder, like I mentioned I ate TONS of almonds when I TTC my 3rd and 4th boys!
That is why I prefer the Men's One a Day over 50 though is because it doesn't have the herbs in it. I just can't sign off on that. Saw palmetto lowers dihydrotestosterone, that's why it is used for preventing prostate diseases. Even though it is said to raise circulating testosterone, we do not know how any of those hormones work for swaying and I just think it is best for you guys to avoid them. It's up to you though if you prefer to continue - do keep me posted on whether or not it works for you!!
Everything you're doing sounds great, you may want to have some coconut water during those 2 weeks! Many people do that. Try to be sure you get an adequate amount of sleep if at all possible! (or even extra, although that is usually impossible for moms! LOL)

Just one a day, start after AF ends and go through 3 days past ovulation.

Oh yes I see you have the coco water in the mix!
With wheatgrass, I feel like we saw a lot of opposites with people taking the wheatgrass supplements or drinking a LOT of the juice. So I would keep the wheatgrass to 2-3 times per week OR daily in the week before O (not both, do one or the other) in case it may sway somewhat pink when used to excess. :)

If you only have 2 months then you need to try! none of these things are 100% and if this is the only month you can try, I would go ahead and do that. Hey, for all we know those are the greatest vitamins ever, it's just that I prefer to stick with the things I've seen work for lots of people.
The lycopene is fine as is the lutein, but the urtica dioca (nettle) has a very similar effect as the saw palmetto and is best avoided. There are additionally several other ingredients in the vitamins that I would have blue swayers avoid - cinnamon and spirulina, and then several of the others I don't know how they sway.

:agree: all the more reason to go ahead, it's very likely that there is barely any active ingredient in the vitamins. He probably wasn't getting very much. It's probably fine to go ahead, but I would have him switch over to another brand without the herbs in it.

Ok that's fine too, whatever you feel more comfortable with.
If he takes the men's One a Day over 50 that has a good amount of Vit. D in it, he shouldn't need to take any more.
Fish oil - 500 mg. We used to do 1000 but I think that may be lowering cholesterol too much, so stick with 500 mg and be sure he's getting animal fats from dairy/meat/eggs as well.
I like everyone to take a probiotic.
Some are giving their husbands 500 mg L-arginine and 1000 mg L-carnitine.

The arginine and carnitine you posted are fine. I don't like Garden of Life products because they have lots of herbs and stuff in them. I prefer Noor Vitamins which are halal. :) https://www.noorvitamins.com/women/MultiVitamin-and-Mineral I like the regular women's vitamin better than their prenatal and you can see the facts here. https://www.noorvitamins.com/women/MultiVitamin-and-Mineral The facts for the men's vitamin are here: https://www.noorvitamins.com/men/MultiVitamin-and-Mineral

I think 200 is fine for most people, some people do go up to 400 or even 600 but I don't think that's necessary (esp. for blue swayers, since you're doing so much already that is beneficial for egg qualtiy)

That's fine. Since they can raise testosterone, and testosterone may contribute to cardiovascular disease, I like to minimize the amount of time men in their late 40's and up are on it especially if they have any history of that in their family. But I think it's fine for a 42 year old to take unless he is actually suffering from cardiovascular disease already.
