Rephresh

Do many people use Rephresh as part of their girl sway? Is it worth doing? I don’t know whether to include it or not.

We have really moved away from it because it didn't really seem to help at all (same number of people getting girls with and without it) and it cut odds of conception hugely. Many people like to use it at the start of a sway and then drop it after a few months.
