Hello all,
I am new to this site. I have two incredibly beautiful boys that I am so grateful for. It has always been my lifelong dream to have a daughter and I am willing to do anything within reason to try. I would like advice on diets and supplements for myself and DH to sway pink.
I have read so much information that is contradictory and confusing. This will be my 3rd and final child.
Please help! Thank you!

Hi and welcome! Atomic has updated most if not all the essays in the ttc a girl library if you want to have a read through that? I will post a link shortly [emoji4]

So LE diet for 12+ weeks, cardio (minimum 1 hour per day 6-7 times a week, or at least 4 times minimum if forementioned not possible) and one attempt have shown best results. I *think* atomic has started recommending introducing the exercise 6-8 weeks prior to ttc so you don't lose too much weight by the time you actually start ttc. She'll confirm either way in her response [emoji4]. Clomid or femara is a strong pink tactic if you can get it. Alcohol (daily with a meal) and coffee 2-3 daily (within le limits if having more than a dash if milk/creamer) are easy tactics to include. Aim for one attempt at pos opk initially for a couple cycles (all other bding should be with a condom) then move onto an e4d (dtd either every 72 hours or 96 hours from af onwards) pattern if you're ready to up your conception odds but keep in with one viable attempt. There are other tactics like fibre (take with fattiest meal of the day) or represh prior to bding that can be included though they lessen odds of conception but can be dropped first if you're not getting pregnant.

I'll try and get that link now but please question anything you don't understand. Atomic is very good at responding but remember she may need a few days to respond to the free threads [emoji4]

Good luck and pink dust!

Gotta do the school run but thought I'd let you know to go the the forum section. Find Natural Gender Swaying and then Ttc a girl. There's a bunch of essays in there. Again, if you have any questions please jusk ask. It may seem like info overload at first but once you get your head around it you'll see how easy to understand and relatively simple it really is [emoji4]

Thank you so so much for your help! A few questions what is represh?
Does it matter what kind of alcohol? Wine vs hard alcohol?
I’ve read about cranberry, calcium/magnesium supplement. What is your opinion on this?
What is dtd every 72 - 96 hours?

I understand the overall concept of the le diet. Low everything let the body think it’s on hard times. But other than not consuming too much food are there any specific foods to avoid or foods to try to eat a lot of.

Thank you thank you thank you for all of your help!

No worries!

Ok so read this regarding rephresh:

Aci-jel and Sylk (http://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1135)

Alcohol I don't believe it matters what kind but Atomic will confirm or elaborate.

Cranberry I don't know sorry but again Atomic will advise. Calcium/magnesium isn't recommended for girl sway but if you want to include it then that's up to you. It's one of those your sway your way decisions, it simply isn't considered a pink tactic here [emoji4]

Dtd every 72-96 hours simply means to have unprotected intercourse every 4 days from af finish through the duration of your cycle. It simply is designed to give you one viable attempt at ovulation plus it increases your body's exposure to sperm which in turn can help with conception overall. So generally someone will start their pink sway with only one unprotected attempt at pos opk. After 2-3 cycles (up to you of course if you do less or more) you'd step it up to e4d pattern. Some people consider e4d as every 96 hours, others as 72 hours. The former is more pink but less conception friendly and the latter is less pink but more conception friendly. So maybe do a couple cycles of every 96 hours then move onto every 72 hours.

Hi and welcome! I know there is a lot of contradictory info out there online but on this site we have reasons why things are the way they are, why they're different from other sites, and I"m always happy to explain why that is. Please don't hesitate to ask!

RepHresh is a low pH jelly but it hasn't really been very effective and most people have dropped it. If you want to try it, that's fine, just give it a couple months and if you don't get pregnant while using it, then drop it.

Whatever kind of alcohol you prefer.

Cranberry, I've never recommended as it is not safe, may harm you or an unborn baby, and also our results have shown it does nothing to help.

Cal-mag is at your discretion, evidence indicates it may sway blue, I personally got 2 boys using it and gave it up to get my girl, but a lot of people still want to include it. That is fine but just be sure you use supplements only and NOT high dairy intake (keep dairy within LE Diet limits only) and avoid Vit. D with it. EVen if you have to take Tums instead of calcium supplements, you need to stay away from Vit. D as it's swayed strongly blue.

The LE Diet short version is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html It's NOT just "eat barely anything", you have to stay in ranges of cals, protein, and fat because if you cut back too far it is a starvation diet. LE Diet is meant to be the lower normal range of a healthy pre-pregnancy diet and so you need to both not get too much, but also get enough. :)

Thank you so much for your help.
So what exactly would you do for a girl sway start to finish.
Sex, diet and supplements? I am willling to pay for a custom plan if this is the best way to get the most detailed amt of advice from you.
Thank you.

Hgs I would recommend going ahead and getting a plan if you want it tailored to you. You fill out a questionaire and a detailed ttc plan is provided based on your answers. You also get 6 months coaching from memory. Atomic answers all questions in your own private coaching forum (and whoever else has a plan) before tackling what she can in these free forums. I got one back in 2015 and it was great! Took alot of stress out of trying to work out what I should and shouldn't do [emoji4]

Thank you.

Custom Plans are always appreciated because I do this as my job and it is the only reason why I'm able to answer everyone's questions and write all this stuff! Otherwise I'd have to work outside the home and none of this would be here! With the Custom Plan you get a plan that I make for you based on your personal information and the stuff you personally want in your sway, plus 6 months of coaching (I answer questions every day in the Custom Coaching Forums, which I cannot always do in the free forums...it can sometimes take me up to a week to get through all the free forum questions)

The things I really believe in for swaying are LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, dropping prenatals/probiotics/fortified foods; cardio exercise 60 minutes or more 4-7 days a week, one attempt (to start with, then going to every 4 days), Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For DH I believe in jogging/biking and smoking. Possibly Olive Leaf Extract and soy milk but I am far from sold on them. That's it. The rest of the stuff has not proved to be at all effective. Now, you are absolutely welcome to use other tactics if you want (and I"d put those in the custom plan for you) but those are the things that I believe actually are effective for swaying.

Hello,
While I wait for my plan what kind of ph testing kits do you recommend? Also if it was thought I had PCOS before would you recommend getting my testerone levels checked or that wouldn’t effect my sway?
Thanks!

atomic sagebrush

I don't recommend any pH tests. We have seen so many opposites going every which way (blue to pink, pink to blue, successes that should have been opposites, opposites that should have been successes) that I no longer believe it tells us anything of value and is just another number for people to stress and obsess over.

I wouldn't bother testing testosterone level, we would simply put you on the PCOS-type diet and be sure to have you exercise to help lower the T levels. Works very well for our PCOS swayers.

It will be posted here Hgs, in the same thread your questionnaires are http://genderdreaming.com/forum/completed-questionnaires-and-private-coaching-access/63848-pre-sway-background-info-ttc-girl-form-1-2-a.html (we'll combine the questionnaires into one thread and post the plan below that) Then that becomes your coaching forum and you can post all your questions there. It should be up any time now.
