You were also with Ingender and there are many things for a girl sway. At GD I find but now many new things. Is this based on new studies? For example, drink coffee and alcohol, no B6 etc.

Yes I was on Ingender many years ago, took many of their recommendations, and got a 4th boy. :/ I came to this new site when it started because I realized much of their recommendations were incorrect and were harming people's chances of swaying among other reasons and you can find more about that here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7507-ig-vs-gd-swaying-whats-difference-who-atomic-sagebrush-anyway.html
We have good results with the following -
LE Diet 12 weeks or longer plus coffee, fiber, and alcohol, NO extra supplements (take folic acid only, no prenatals, no probiotics, no B6, no Vit. D)
Cardio exercise 4-7 days a week, 60 minutes a day
One attempt of unprotected sex in the fertile window only
Clomid or Femara if you can get them
For your husband/partner:
Jogging/biking
Smoking tobacco if he does already (he should not start smoking for a sway, but if he does already, it may help)
Olive Leaf Extract (500 mg a day, wean off at BFP) and soy milk (12-48 oz a day, no need to wean off this)
If he's willing to cut back on red meat, all meat, or even go fully vegetarian it may help, but very few of our hubbies did!
