13+5 nub. 4th girls or 1st boy?

In a week I’ll have my anatomy scan. I’ve been nubsessing over these images. I posted somewhere else and got 100% girl guesses. I’ve accepted this is our fourth girl but I still have some small hope.

I pointed out in one of the images how there’s a spot above the nub. Could this be a boy not fully imaged? Also the nub is short for a girl?

Wanted some more guesses please?
