Planning attempt next month by which time I will have been on the LE diet for 12 weeks. However have just gone through MFP to check macros since I started and I’ve had 10 days overall when I’ve gone over my limits (mostly at the start when I was still figuring it out). 8 of these are over on fat and 2 on protein. Now I’m wondering if I should let myself stay on the diet a little longer before my first attempt to counteract what basically adds up to more than a week off diet. I wanted to ttc next month because of the idea that more girls are conceived in April but that’s the only reason really. That and I’ve kind of got in the head space of trying next month. What would you do? Should I delay my attempt?

I would go ahead. If anything we did for a week even right before ovulation mattered, we'd only diet for a week. And if these days over were spaced out over time, then I would absolutely proceed now (sorry this is not clear to me based on your post). I would try.

Yes they were spread out over the course of the whole 12 weeks. Thanks again for your advice :-)

Don't even worry about them. Proceed with plan A!
